It's an easy trip for Austin couples who want a private ranch escape close to the city: near downtown Austin and the Domain, but a world away in feel. A rustic event barn, sunset views, and thoughtful amenities make the day feel both relaxed and well run.
You bring her dress, her court and her vision. We will have the venue ready, the food hot, the music playing and the room reset at the end of the night, so the people who love her can actually be present for it.

Six hours of event time, plus access the afternoon before for decorating and vendor setup. Tables and chairs for 100 guests, your choice of black or white linens, and our staff on site to set up and break down everything the venue provides.
Catering & bar
Catering for up to 100 guests, with your choice of our Italian menu or our Taco Bar, plus professional bartending service, cups, ice and napkins. You bring the drinks, we will pour and serve them.
Entertainment
A professional DJ for up to six hours with a sound system, microphone and dance-floor lighting, plus music and announcements for her entrance, the vals, the toasts and every song after.
Lodging
A two-night stay at the Tequila Ranch main house for up to 10 guests, so the closest family can get ready on site and stay after the last dance.
Additional guests: $34 per person, up to 150 guests total.
