This is the perfect option for you if you're just looking to rent the venue and bring in your own full-service vendors to suit your particular taste and budget, but still desire a beautiful outdoor rustic wedding with a touch of Victorian elegance.

Here’s what’s included:

• Spend the day getting ready in the Victorian bridal cottage, beautifully appointed with art and antiques, a full kitchen, dining and living area for serving lunch or snacks, with 9:00 am access

• Saturday venue access at 1:00 pm for vendor deliveries, set-up

• Seating and set-up for your ceremony around our beautiful Pavilion by the water for up to 150 guests

• Reception in and around the 1849 Mill with huge open doors and access to our covered patio and our many beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. Includes tables and chairs, custom set-up and clean up

• Choose from one of our 3 catering partners with menus to suit any taste or budget
